    AI-native company · Founded in 2025

We don't sell AI agents. We're a company made of AI agents.

BlueSky Agent AI was founded in 2025 on the principles of AI-native companies: artificial intelligence isn't a tool bolted onto our processes — it's the operating system of the company. What we sell to customers is exactly what we use, every day, for ourselves.

    The manifesto

Not "a company with AI". An AI-native company.

The difference is radical. A software house adds AI to its existing processes. An AI-native company is designed from day one so that AI is the process.

    Closed-loop, not open-loop.

Traditional companies run in open-loop: data gets lost, decisions never feed back to improve the system. Here every process is a closed loop: agents collect, analyze, act and re-learn. The BlueSky platform isn't a tool, it's the central nervous system of the company.

    The whole company is queryable.

Every email, meeting, sale, ticket, published post and editorial decision — everything is logged and readable by our agents. When we need to understand what's happening, we don't ask a manager: we ask the agent. Dashboards write themselves, every morning at 6.

    Burn tokens, not headcount.

Traditional companies measure growth in employees added. We measure it in tokens burned. A high API bill isn't waste: it's evidence that agents are doing work that would otherwise require humans. The lever isn't 'more team': it's 'more tokens, more capacity'.

    A day with us

    A day inside a closed-loop company.

What happens between 6am and 7pm without anyone touching a mouse. This is our normal Monday.

    1. 06:01An agent collects overnight data: GA4, CRM, social, news. Product metrics are already prepared.
    2. 06:40The daily dashboard is generated and published online. Engineers find it open when they open their laptops.
    3. 07:05The digest reaches the team by email — already read, summarized and prioritized by the agents.
    4. 08:30An engineer files a ticket: "Alice must handle returns." The dev agent analyzes the existing code and proposes a spec with tests.
    5. 09:15The engineer reviews the spec, adjusts two edge cases, approves. The agent starts writing code and runs the tests in a loop.
    6. 10:40On Mondays and Thursdays, an agent scans the world's main AI sources to catch new models, APIs and relevant papers.
    7. 11:30A pull request is opened automatically: code, passing tests, changelog. The engineer does code review as if reviewing a colleague.
    8. 12:08Email approvals are read and turned into actions: deploys, publications, config updates.
    9. 14:20Monday through Friday, an agent produces editorial content and queues it for the team's approval.
    10. 15:45Production bug: an agent reads the logs, isolates the cause, proposes the fix. The engineer validates it in minutes.
    11. 17:10A new MCP connector requested by a customer: the agent starts from the API docs and produces a scaffold ready for human iteration.
    12. 19:00Second automatic approval window. Daily report written by the agents, ready for tomorrow morning.

"By the time we walk into the office, half the day is already done. People take care of the rest: vision, relationships, decisions."

    AI Software Factory

    How we build software now.

People define the "what". Agents write the "how".

The way we ship product has changed radically. People define what to build and how to verify it works — specs and tests. Agents write the code and iterate until tests pass.

This isn't a tomorrow idea: it's what we already do on every new connector, every new skill, every iteration of the platform. It's why we keep shipping new connectors, new skills and autonomous agents that run 24/7. Not with a huge team. With an organization that uses AI as a multiplier.

"In an AI-native company, the human defines what to build and judges the output. Writing the actual code is the agent's job."

For those who buy from us

Why buy AI from people who live in AI.

The difference between a vendor who sells you one agent and a partner who runs dozens every day.

    We know what really works.

When our own customer-care agent has a latency issue, we spot it before the customer does — because we're the first to use it. The platform we sell you has already gone through hundreds of internal iterations. You're not buying a promise: you're buying a system battle-tested on our own daily work.

We don't sell you AI, we sell you a closed-loop system.

An isolated agent solves nothing. Our expertise is in how agents talk to each other: marketing → CRM → customer care → analytics. When we install Alice in your company, we don't install a chatbot: we install the first node of a system that learns from the data it generates.

We iterate at the speed of an AI-native company.

When you tell us "Alice doesn't understand this kind of question", we don't open a ticket: the next day Alice has changed. That's how we work for ourselves, and that's how we work for you. It's not customer service: it's the speed of a company that has stopped using AI as a tool and started living inside it.
